Receiving Your Order - Shipping options
Option 1 - Pick up from Chamblee, GA Warehouse
If you are based in the Atlanta area you have the option of picking up your order from our warehouse. Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange a time for pick up.

Option 2 - Use Our Shippers
Home Roasting Orders (1lb-20 lb) - USPS Shipping
If you are purchasing home roasting bag sizes of 1lb, 5lb or 10lb bags then your order will be shipped using USPS. It will be processed by the next business day and you will get your order within 1-3 business day of processing.
Wholesale roasting orders 50-400 lbs - UPS Shipping
If your order is between 50 to 400lbs then your shipment will be shipped via UPS. You will be invoiced for your purchase + shipment. All orders will be processed and shipped the next day.
Orders greater than 400lbs - Freight Shipping
If your shipment is over 400lbs then it will be shipped via freight shipping. We will contact you with the best freight shipping price which will be invoiced to you.
Option 3 - Use Your Shippers
You have the option of using your regular shippers. In this case we will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a time for pick up from your shippers.
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you have any questions or concerns please email us right away at [email protected] and we will work with you to make sure you received the correct order.
For freight shipment orders please make note of any damages that might have happened during shipment. Make sure you take pictures and note the damage before you sign for shipment and before the driver leaves. This will help to correctly file for damage claims so that we can best assist you.
